Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the police submitted charge sheet, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that 10 liters of codeine mixture was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner. He submits that the medical report was subsequently submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Considering the quantity of codeine mixture seized from the joint possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6159 of 2021 is dismissed.
