In re : CRAN 1 of 2024 1.

By an order dated July 15, 2024, passed in CRM (DB) 1752 of 2024, a co-ordinate Bench enlarged the petitioner on bail, inter alia, on the condition that he shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of Habibpur Police Station, Malda thrice in a week until further orders. 2.

The petitioner seeks relaxation of this condition. He says that it is onerous for him to report to the police station thrice a week.

The State files a report. Let the same be kept with the records.

We do not find anything adverse in the said report. The petitioner appears to be complying with the bail condition.

Hence, we are inclined to consider the petitioner's prayer. The condition requiring him to report to the Habibpur Police Station, Malda thrice in a week is relaxed to the extent that it will be sufficient for him to report to the said police station once every week, until further orders.

The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered. 7.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
