Despite service, none appears for the other respondents, apart from The West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (in short 'WBSEDCL'), although the petitioner is represented through counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner's grievance is that despite the representations given by the petitioner, which are annexed at pages 29 and 34 of the writ petition, no steps have been taken thereon by the District Magistrate. In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer, no further service of notice is directed on the District Magistrate.

Accordingly, WPA 14820 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and

dispose of the representations given by the petitioner, which are annexed at page 29 (Annexure - P3) and page 30 of the present writ petition, as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no. 3, upon hearing the WBSEDCL, the petitioner and all other interested parties, as found necessary by the District Magistrate.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the respondent no. 3 as early as possible for the purpose of ensuring the compliance of the same.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
