The learned advocate representing the petitioner has filed two applications being CAN 2 of 2024 and CAN 3 of 2024 for seeking restoration of the writ petition and section 5 of the restoration application. The instant writ petition has already restored on 3rd March, 2009. Accordingly, the application being CAN 2 of 2024 and CAN 3 of 2024 become redundant and accordingly the applications are disposed of.
The learned advocate representing the petitioner declines to file affidavit-in-reply to the affidavit-inopposition filed on behalf of the respondents/Union of India.
