The order proposed to be passed in the present revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite party, as such, service of notice of the present revisional application upon the said opposite party is dispensed with. The petitioner has filed a connected matrimonial suit being Matrimonial Suit no. 90 of 2019 for dissolution of her marriage with the opposite party by a decree of divorce.

The said matrimonial suit is pending before the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Kalyani, District-Nadia.

The petitioner prays for a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

It appears from the record that the said suit was filed on February 12, 2019 and it is running on the ex-parte Board, therefore, there is no plausible reason in deferring the disposal of the said suit.

The learned Trial Judge is requested to dispose of the said suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

C.O. 1655 of 2021 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
