Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved that the representation dated 31.01.2025 addressed to the Officer-in-Charge of Monteswar Police Station was not taken into account. Petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the order passed in WPA 19764 of 2023, it has been submitted with the Officer-inCharge was directed to keep a vigil and also ensure that when the petitioner enters his residence there should not be any hindrance created at the behest of any miscreants. Consequent to the order dated 21.11.2024 petitioner has been restored to his possession. Petitioner now intends to construct boundary wall and also install submersible pump.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submitted a report. Report reflects that the earlier order was complied with by the police authorities.

So far as the present prayers are concerned, these are in apprehension. In case situation so arise, police authorities be informed relating to any inconveniences faced by the petitioner, the police authorities will cross check the veracity of such representation and thereafter take step in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14076 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
