1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.
2. The petitioner claims to be a founder/organizing teacher in Nimbark Math Prati-bandhi Siksha Niketan. The said School is for education of visually impaired people. She claims to have been appointed on 3rd March, 2005 on probation. The School has been subsequently sponsored by the Government of West Bengal.
3. The petitioner claims that she has made repeated requests to the respondents to recognize her as a Teacher of the Institution and pay her salary and allowances but in vain.
4. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's name was never forwarded for approval by the Trust in question which founded the School.

In those circumstances, this Court directs the Trustees of Nimbark Math Prati-bandhi Siksha Niketan, Baikunthapur, Daspur-I, Paschim Medinipur to send an appropriate communication to the respondent no.3 giving due particulars of the petitioner along with their comments and/or recommendation, if any.
6. The supporting documents and records concerning the petitioner's working in the said School shall also be provided to the respondent no.3.
7. Upon receipt of the communication from the School/Trust, the respondent no.3 shall take an appropriate decision with regard to the petitioner's service and pass order in accordance with law within a period of one month from the receipt of a communication of this order.
8. Any decision of the respondent no.3 including that of the Trust may be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
9. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim of the writ petitioner against the respondents.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
