Mr. Subhrangsu Panda ..for the petitioner Mr. Suman De Ms. Sayantanee Bhattacharjee ..for the State Affidavit of service filed in court today be kept on record.

The petitioner's case is that she is an unmarried daughter of a teacher who expired on 02.07.2007. Thereafter her mother was getting the pension till 2015. Her mother has expired in the year 2015. Now the petitioner as the daughter of the said school teacher claims for family pension.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools (PE), South 24 Parganas being the respondent no.4 to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date and to pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the petitioner and to communicate the same by two weeks from the date of hearing.

The petitioner shall appear before the DI of Schools with all papers to satisfy that she is not receiving any pensionary benefit or allowance from any other source.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
