Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that a civil dispute has been given a cloak of a criminal proceeding. The police authorities have no role to play.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that

a title suit was preferred being TS 193 of 2025 and the said suit has also been withdrawn.

Having considered that there is an existing dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, both parties are directed to approach the jurisdictional civil court for adjudicating their dispute.

Police authorities would only ensure that no breach of the peace and or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14060 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over to both the parties.
