1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is prayed for.

2. The Petitioner in the present writ Petition is challenging the inaction of the authorities under the RTI Act in not providing the requisite information even after the expiry of the one year. The Petitioner sought the information under the RTI Act from Respondent No. 5 vide his application dated 08.02.2203. Finding no reply from the said authority, the Petitioner preferred an Appeal on 11.04.2023. However, till date, no information has been provided to the Petitioner. Being aggrieved by the inaction of the Respondents, the Petitioner preferred the present Writ Petition.

3. Since there was no appearance from the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed in default.
