Banerjee) Mr. Pinaki Ranjan Mitra ...for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the decreeholder praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Uluberia, Howrah to dispose of Miscellaneous Case No. 66 of 2020 expeditiously.

Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the miscellaneous case was filed by the opposite parties under Section 47 of the Civil Procedure Code.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to the civil revision application this court finds that July 17, 2025 has been fixed for further argument of the miscellaneous case and the arguments were also heard in part.

In view thereof, CO 2258 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division) 1st Court at Uluberia, Howrah to make an endeavour to dispose of Miscellaneous Case No. 66 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. After disposal of the miscellaneous case, the learned trial judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Execution Case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
