Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor victim prima facie discloses involvement of the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Trial has already commenced.

Keeping in mind the incriminating materials on record, gravity of the offence and as trial has already commenced, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
