Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner was granted bail initially, he was not aware of the terms and conditions of the grant of bail and not familiar with the legal aspects, such bail was cancelled for non-compliance of the conditions. He submits that the petitioner is in detention for a considerable period of time. The next date of trial is fixed for arguments and the detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the court to the fact that the next date of trial is for argument and that the petitioner failed to comply with the conditions of bail on the previous occasion.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion and that there is a history of the petitioner not

complying with the conditions of bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6174 of 2021 is dismissed.
