Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police complaint was lodged 11 years after marriage. The mother-in-law was enlarged on bail by the jurisdictional Court.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the injury report of the victim and the statement of the servant of the house as also the neighbour's statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The person said to be the servant of the house in a statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure squarely implicates the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3227 of 2022 is dismissed.
