It is submitted by Dr. Patra that the order has been complied with and consequent thereupon the marks of the petitioner is increased. He was called for the personality test in which he secured 4.33 marks. Upon totaling of the marks, it was found that the petitioner's marks were less than the last candidate.

This Court is of the view that the order in question has been complied with. Any further grievance as regards the School Service Commission and its report, which may be handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Jana, may be adjudicated in a separate proceeding. 3.
In view of the aforesaid observations, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.
5.
Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
6.
There will be no order as to costs.
7.
Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
