Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. He submits that one of the co-accused was enlarged on anticipatory bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is the owner of the set up. He refers to the chemical examination report.

It appears that the petitioner is engaged in the business of supplying substandard water for human consumption to the members of the public after manufacturing and packaging the same.

In view of the petitioner dealing with the members of the public in the manner as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, which affect the health of the member of the public, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3228 of 2022 is dismissed.
