This revisional application has been filed under Section 482/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure assailing order dated 30.04.2015 passed by Learned District & Sessions Judge in Criminal Revision No.33 of 2015, affirming the order dated 14.01.2015 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Howrah in Misc. Case No.270 of 2014.

Learned advocate for the petitioner files xerox certified copy of order dated 28.06.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Howrah in Criminal Misc. Case No.270 of 2014 whereby the Misc. case was disposed of on compromise.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this revisional application has become infructuous and petitioner would not like to proceed any further with this revisional application.
