The Narendrapur Police Station has filed a report dated 07.02.2023, which is kept with the record.

The petitioner claims that she has allowed her brother and mother to stay with her in lieu of their poor economic condition. It is submitted that the brother gives her threatens and intimidates her after consuming alcohol with outsiders. He also causes regular annoyance and disturbance.

Admittedly, the house in question is owned by the petitioner.

The Narendrapur Police Station has notified the private respondent on February 6, 2023 of the pendency of this writ petition. Despite whereof, the private respondent is not represented.

The Narendrapur Police Station has taken out proceedings under Sections 107/116 (C) of the Cr. P.C.

The Narendrapur Police Station shall issue a stern warning to the private respondent no. 5 afresh. It shall be communicated that he shall not be permitted to bring outsiders or consume alcohol inside the premises.

In the event of any further complaints from the petitioner, coercive measures may be taken by the Narendrapur Police Station against the private respondent no. 5 in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
