It appears that there are several facts involved in the writ petition which are required to be gone into and decided by the authority.

It is not for the Court to take a decision in the matter immediately.

It further appears that the petitioner has forwarded a representation dated August 30, 2021 through Email to the respondent and alleges that the same has not been considered by the authority till date.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned authority of IIT Kharagpur to take a decision with regard to the prayer of the petitioner as appearing in her representation dated August 30, 2021 at the earliest, but positively by tomorrow (21.09.2021) as the registration will close tomorrow.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the representation filed by the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the respondent authority strictly in accordance with law. The respondent shall communicate the petitioner the fate of her application immediately thereafter. In the event, the authority is of the opinion that the petitioner may be permitted to appear in JEE (Advanced) 2021, then necessary steps shall be taken by the authority to permit her to register so that she can appear in the said examination.

The writ petition is disposed of.
