After hearing learned counsel, it appears that the petitioners are the auction purchasers of the property which was sold by the Bank under SARFAESI proceedings. The Sale Certificate issued to the petitioners in 2014 but the concerned Bank has not taken any steps after issuance of the possession notice for registering the said property in favour of the petitioners.

The Indian Bank is represented. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that the petitioners may approach the Bank for necessary steps which the Bank shall thereafter take.

WPA 14373 of 2022 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Bank with the necessary details and the Bank shall take necessary steps for registering the said property in

the name of the petitioners within eight weeks from the date on which the petitioners approach the Bank. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
