1. The petitioner has not complied with the order dated 03.09.2025, in terms of depositing the amount of Rs.36,000/- before the Learned Trial Court as directed vide order dated 03.09.2025.

2. The Learned Advocate Swapan Kumar Mazumdar insisted the instant revisional application to be listed today upon mentioning the same in the open Court on last consecutive dates submitting the willingness of the petitioner to deposit Rs.36,000/- in compliance with the order dated 03.09.2025 and sought for direction of this Court to deposit the aforesaid amount at the office of the Learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta.

3. Accordingly, the instant revisional application was listed today.

4. The Learned Advocate Mr. Saptarshi Mazumdar submitted the petitioner to have instructed him to submit before this Court of

moving before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order dated 03.09.2025 and did not deposit the sum of Rs.36,000/- in compliance of order dated 03.09.2025.

5. The Learned Trial Court is to proceed with the M. Execution Case No. 07/2025 arising out of M. Case No. 44/2024 in accordance with law.

6. The revisional application being CRR/2716/2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.

7. Let a copy of the order dated 03.09.2025 along with the order dated 10.09.2025 be communicated at once to the Learned Trial Court by the Department.
