We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a deaf and dumb minor girl. There are materials implicating the petitioner in sexually assaulting the said victim.

Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
