Mr. Srikanta Datta ...........for the petitioner Ms. Munmun Tiwary .......for the State The prayer of the petitioner is for payment of an amount of Rs. 86,45,429/- towards work done for construction of a rural hut in relation to a horticultural project of the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the State respondents submits that the money has been sent to the respondent no. 3 but is a waiting disbursement to the petitioner.

WPA 14356 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 3 to disburse the money to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. The respondent no. 3 shall pay interest @ 8% per annum on the amount from 2018 till the date of disbursement to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
