1. None appears on behalf of the alleged contemnor. No accommodation is sought for.

Though, this court has dispensed with the personal appearance of the alleged contemnor on the last occasion when the new incumbent, namely, Mh. Tanweer Alam, SDO, Etamogra Irrigation Sub-Division (I&WD), District -Purba Medinipur, was personally present in court.

2. Under the above facts and circumstances, the new incumbent/alleged contemnor, namely, Mh. Tanweer Alam, SDO, Etamogra Irrigation Sub-Division (I&WD), District -Purba Medinipur, is directed to appear on virtual mode positively on the adjourned date. In default, necessary order would be passed.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to communicate the gist of the order to the alleged contemnor.

4. List the matter on 11th March, 2026.

5. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
