We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim lady shows the petitioner and others had sexually abused her and taken objectionable pictures which were uploaded on the internet.

Keeping in mind the gravity of offence and involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
