1. This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 17th April, 2023 passed in WPA 1385 of 2023. In the said writ petition the appellant sought for police assistance in getting possession of the property purchased from the father of the private respondent. Learned Single Bench noted that civil dispute is pending and, therefore, the prayer for granting police protection for getting possession of the property cannot be granted. However, the learned Single Bench had observed that Purulia Town Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and strictly comply with any order that may be passed by Civil Court on them.

2. Thus, we find no ground to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
