Petitioner has approached this Court as there is a matrimonial dispute pursuant to which Shyampukur Police Station Case No.92 of 2025 was initiated. In connection with the aforesaid case, the husband of the petitioner has already been arrested. Petitioner now prays for custody of all the three child. State has submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is present.

Since the statutory remedies are available, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court. If such an application is preferred, the concerned court

would take efforts so that at the earliest the same is disposed of.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14123 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
