Considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet, it would be appropriate to modify the condition of anticipatory bail granted on September 22, 2021 to the extent of the requirement on the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer. The petitioner needs not meet the Investigating Officer henceforth. Other conditions will remain the same.
