Mr. Ayanava Bhattacharyya ..for the petitioners After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the order was not uploaded in the official website for which the petitioners could not comply with the conditions stipulated in paragraph 20 of the impugned order. He prays for extension of time to submit the undertaking.

The time to submit the undertaking is extended till July 15, 2026.

The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandannagar, Hooghly is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Appeal No.23 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties keeping in mind that the appeal is pending from the year 2020.

Accordingly, C.O. 2058 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
