The instant writ petition was filed in the year 2013. It was listed on 15th May, 2013 when the petitioner failed to takes step. The Court suo moto adjourned the hearing of the case. Subsequently, on 1st September, 2015, the case was again adjourned. Thus, the writ petition has not been admitted as yet. In view of such circumstances, this Court has every reason to hold that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition and, accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
