Mr. Narayan Chandra Mandal Mr. Chandan Chakraborty ..for the petitioners Mr. B.P. Vaisya Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharya ..for DPSC, North 24 Parganas Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Ms. Iti Dutta ..for the State By an order of this court dated 29.01.2010 passed in WPA 1840 of 2010, the petitioners participated in the written examination for the post of teachers in primary schools. It is the grievance of the petitioners that they were not given employment. I do not know whether the petitioners qualified in the said recruitment test and came within the zone of consideration for giving appointment.

Therefore, I direct the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to intimate the learned advocate of the petitioners in writing whether the petitioners of this writ application (36 in numbers) actually qualified and came within the zone of consideration for appointment as primary teachers. Such intimation is to be given to

the said learned advocate of the petitioners by three weeks from the date of communication of this order. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
