The petitioner alleges non-payment of dues.

A legal representation on behalf of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the Vice Chancellor, Raiganj University.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing Vice Chancellor, Raiganj University to take into consideration the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with the law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other necessary parties and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If any amount is found due and payable, the same shall be disbursed in favour the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the legal representation dated 16th June, 2025 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
