Learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor Mr. Kalyan Kr. Chakraborty appears. He submits that by dint of an order dated December, 2025 of the Hon'ble Division Bench, the order of this Court under contempt, that is, dated 27.03.2025 in WPA 8812 of 2023, has been dismissed.

In view of the said order by the Hon'ble Division Bench it is found that the present contempt application has become infractuous. For the said reason, let the same be disposed of. The contempt application being CPAN 1095 of 2025 is disposed of being infractuous.
