Pleader Mr. Raja Saha, Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, Advocates ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue which was raised in the petition in respect of filling up of the sanctioned post of doctors and other subordinate staff in Jhargram District Hospital and providing infrastructure therein has lost its significance on account of the subsequent development in the hospital. He further submits that the petitioner has died in the meanwhile and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
The present petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
