The writ petitioners are aggrieved that despite having paid premium for Crop Insurance and after failure of production of crop they have not been refunded the premiums paid or benefited from such scheme.

The petitioners about 19 persons have impleaded themselves in a single writ petition. Apart from the disputed questions of fact, which the Writ Court cannot enter into, the writ petition may also be bad for multifariousness. However, since the petitioners are all poor farmers, individual representation may be made to the respondent no. 4 and the same shall be

considered in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

The question of maintainability of the writ petition is raised which is not being dealt with in view of the order that is being passed herein. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
