Mr. G. Malik .......For the Petitioner The petitioner prays for arrear pension from 01.02.2012 to 08.09.2014.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before him and also any other authority as the D. I. would think appropriate within a period of six weeks from date and to pass a reasoned and speaking order by two thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioner forthwith.

With the above observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.
