Learned advocate for the applicant is directed to serve notice enclosing copy of the contempt application and order passed today upon the alleged contemnors by fortnight from date and file affidavit-of-service on the next date.

List the matter under the same heading for further consideration in the monthly combined list of March, 2026.

However, it is made clear that pendency of the contempt proceeding shall not preclude the alleged contemnors to comply with the order dated 11th August, 2025.
