The petitioners of the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are the defendants of the Title Suit No. 280 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Purulia. The petitioners are praying a direction for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

The direction as prayed for, is pre-matured inasmuch as it appears from the record that interlocutory applications are yet to be disposed of. The learned Trial Judge however is requested to expedite the disposal of the interlocutory applications including an application for appointment of the Advocate Commissioner for holding local inspection of the suit property.

C.O. 2037 of 2024 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
