of the Superintendent of Police, I direct that the petitioner would serve a copy of the earlier representation to the office of the Superintendent of Police and the Superintendent of Police will consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from receipt of such copy and inform his/her decision and/or the outcome in respect of the accusations made therein within a fortnight from the said date.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14236 of 2023 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
