Having regard to the said reports which have been submitted before this Court in relation to the Epic Card having numbers DKN4645735 and DKN46457343 which belong to the parents of the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the petitioner has failed to make out any case for being released on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Learned trial court is directed to expedite the progress of the trial.

The application for bail, being CRM (SB) 159 of 2022, is, thus, dismissed.

Investigating Officer of the case is present in Court. His further appearance is dispensed with.
