It appears that the instant writ petition was preferred challenging a show cause notice dated 23rd May, 2025.

Mr. Datta submits that in terms of the show cause notice the petitioner replied and an order has been passed by the authority.

Mr. Datta submits that as the show cause notice has already been given effect to. Thus, the instant writ petition is infructuous.

Having heard the learned counsel for the respondent authority and considering the absence of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous.
