Mr. Ajoy Kumar Pal, District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Howrah is personally present in Court in response to the Contempt Rule issued.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor that the subsistence allowance has since been released in favour of the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner admits that after issuance of the Contempt Rule, subsistence allowance of the petitioner has been paid.

As it appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor upon instruction from the District Inspector of Schools who is personally present in Court submits

that the subsistence allowance shall be paid to the petitioner on regular basis.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

The Contempt Rule stands discharged.
