At the time of call no one appears for the applicant and no accommodation is sought for. Same situation prevailed on 23rd September, 2022.

It appears that the applicant has lost interest in the fate of the contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed and the contempt proceedings stand discharged.

It requires to be noted here that under the impression that this Court does not have the determination to take up the contempt application the same was released. But subsequently on being informed that presently this Court is having determination to take up contempt application which was instituted in 2014 the matter has been considered by this Court on placing the same on board.
