grabbing her property but have been repeatedly trying to take over possession of the property by demolishing the same. To that effect, information were furnished to the police authorities.

On other hand, learned advocate for the petitioner in WPA 14274 of 2025 claims that there was a probate proceeding which has been dismissed and the petitioner has been residing at the said premises.

Learned advocates for the State respectively have submitted reports, which reflect that the property is presently locked by the petitioner in WPA 14104 of 2025.

Learned advocate(s) also submits that whenever information were furnished, steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Report(s) also reflects that there were proceedings before the learned Executive Magistrate as well as other civil proceedings relating to probate.

The report also depicts that the petitioner in WPA 14104 of 2025 has affixed padlock and the keys are with her.

Having considered reports submitted by State and submissions advanced by the parties, I direct that no untoward incident should result because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. The police authorities would continue their surveillance as also ensure that until and unless there are specific directions from the learned Civil Court so far as the right, title, interest and possession of property is concerned, the same should not be disturbed at the behest of any of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14104 of 2025 and WPA 14274 of 2025 are disposed of.

Reports so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over to learned advocates for the parties.
