Petitioner submits that in spite of informing the Inspector-in-Charge, Kotwali Police Station, no steps has been taken. Petitioner complains of dispute and difference with the private respondents with regard to forcefully occupying the backside of the house and raising boundary walls.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute complained of, it would be in the interest of justice that the petitioner approaches the jurisdictional Civil Court for establishing his right over the property. In case of final determination of the rights, the police authorities would take steps pursuant to the direction passed by the Civil Court.

In the meantime, police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident taking place.

Accordingly, WPA 14109 of 2025 is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
