Datta ...... for the State Petitioner submits she is in custody for more than a year. She has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of sons of the petitioner implicate her in the murder of her husband. Offending weapon was recovered on her leading statement. In view of the aforesaid incriminating facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
