Prayer was made before the Co-operative Election Commission for holding election. The same has not been conducted till date.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 being the Co-operative Election Commission to conduct and conclude the election at the earliest but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
