Mr. Omar Faruk Gazi Ms. Bidisha Das ...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) Basirhat to dispose of Title Suit No.74 of 2022 expeditously.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the defendant No.4 has died and a direction was passed to take steps upon the death of the deceased defendant No.4.

It appears that from the materials on record that the suit is not ready for hearing.

For such reason this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observation, CO 2276 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
