Nure Zaman, learned advocate representing the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty file afresh before the appropriate forum. He also seeks leave for exclusion of the period spent in pursuing the present litigation before this Hon'be Court. Having considered the submission made by the petitioner leave is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the aforesaid application with liberty to file afresh. The petitioner shall be entitled to exclusion of the period spent while pursuing its remedy before this Hon'ble Court provided such proceedings are filed within a period of four weeks from date.

This writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
