Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appears for the State and submits a report prepared by the Officer-in-charge, Shibpur Police Station. Let the report be kept with the record. The report reflects that the present petitioner is avoiding the learned Trial Court and as such warrant of arrest has been issued and the next date has been fixed on 18.4.2023. Records of the present revisional application reflects that the petitioner approached this court at a very early stage and none of the documents relied upon by the prosecution under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed along with the revisional application. The stage at which the petitioner approaches this court do not call for any interference. As such, the revisional application being CRR 2074 of 2018 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
